4. Payments and Invoicing

➥ NDA obligations apply automatically, even without a separate written agreement

7. Data Protection

All personal and business data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

HeyAgency is not liable for:

➥ Third-party service failures

➥ Indirect or consequential losses

➥ Issues caused by client-provided content or external integrations

Liability is limited to the value of the agreed project fee.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall fall under Italian jurisdiction.
